Cal has fired head coach Justin Wilcox after their loss to Stanford last week. Wilcox had a 48-55 record over nine years with the Golden Bears and a 6-5 record this season.
After originally having an “ultimatum” to announce his intentions on where he would coach next year this week, Lane Kiffin will announce where he is coaching on Saturday. Ole Miss plays Mississippi State on Friday.
