The college football season is here. Every week, different news and notes will pop up, which will affect what happens on the field and off it. Here are the college football week 13 news and notes.
Florida State quarterback injured his leg in their game against North Alabama. It was announced on social media that his Seminole career is over. Florida State has games with Florida and Louisville in the next two weeks and are still vying for the College Football Playoff.
Utah quarterback Cam Rising has missed the entire 2023 season with an injury suffered last year. He has announced that he is returning to Utah for the 2024 season. In his Utah career, he led the Utes to two straight Rose Bowls.
Syracuse has fired head coach Dino Babers after a 5-6 start to the season. He has a 41-55 record over eight seasons with Syracuse. In 2018 he won 10 games with the school and also made a bowl game in 2022.
