The college football season is here. Every week, different news and notes will pop up, which will affect what happens on the field and off it. Here are the college football week 10 news and notes.
Trevor Lawrence Out vs. Notre Dame With COVID
Although it appeared that he may have been able to pass the protocols, it has since come out that Trevor Lawrence will not be able to play against Notre Dame due to COVID. D.J. Uiagalelei will start in his place after filling in against Boston College.

Richard LeCounte Involved in a Motorcycle Crash
Georgia safety Richard LeCounte was involved in a motorcycle crash this weekend. He was just moved out of the ICU, but is likely out for a few weeks. Georgia is prepping to play Florida this weeekend.

List of Games Canceled/Postponed Due to COVID
Wisconsin’s COVID outbreak has caused another game to be canceled. They will not be able to play Purdue this weekend. If they have one more game canceled, the Badgers will not be eligible for the Big Ten Championship Game.

Kylin Hill Opts Out of the Season
Mississippi State running back Kylin HIll has decided to opt out of the 2020 college football season. Hill is currently projected to be drafted in the middle rounds of the 2021 NFL Draft.

Ole Miss TE Demarcus Thomas Airlifted to Hospital
During Monday’s practice, Ole Miss tight end Demarcus Thomas suffered an injury that left him with no feeling in his body. He has regained some feeling and movement in his body.
