Aaron Henry Michigan State
Henry improved his ability to make shots and bring really good versatility on both ends of the floor. Furthermore, he’s a great attacker of the basket with his size and ability to finish around the basket. Next, he’s really solid with his ability to get to the mid-range jumpers making them consistently. His ability to move without the ball is really good. His versatility is huge being able to play multiple positions for Michigan State and he rebounds the ball very well. His shot is his biggest weakness but that continues to get better and his 3-point shot should take the next step forward. Henry is a swiss army knife and he has very solid touch around the basket. Now defensively, his length and ability to guard multiple positions are very good. Also, he moves extremely well on-ball and brings really good toughness. Henry is a very solid player and should be one of the best wings in college basketball next season.

Marcus Zegarowski Creighton
Zegarowski had a phenomenal season and was one of the most improved players in the country. He is one of the best guards in the country. Next, he is a very shooter off the catch and dribble and plays with a great feel. Furthermore, the ability to move off the ball and make shots at a consistent rate is superior. Also, he is really good at making plays with the basketball going downhill in ball screen action. He also pulls up in transition consistently with knockdown ability. He does a good job of getting others involved with his passing ability. Zegarowski is an elite shooter and scorer who will be one of the best players in college basketball next season. Now defensively, he does a very solid job on the ball and doesn’t take any chances. He moves well laterally and is in good position off the ball as well. Zegarowski will be in contention for Big East Player of the Year and be one of the best point guards in the country.

Connor McCaffery Iowa
McCaffery brings great versatility and contributes to winning in all aspects of Iowa. He does a very solid job of bringing up the ball and being in great control setting up the Iowa offense. He also rebounds the basketball he does a good job rebounding on both ends. Furthermore, he can make open threes and does a really solid job of making open shots when he has the opportunities. He doesn’t take away offensive chances from more offensively gifted players and really important to Iowa’s success as a glue guy. He could improve his ability to get to the rim more and make shots off the dribble. Defensively, he’s solid doesn’t move great but has solid size and can guard multiple positions. McCaffery is a valuable piece to an Iowa team looking to win a National Championship next season.

Kyler Edwards Texas Tech
Edwards has a really good shot-making ability and has very solid size. He is solid with the basketball with the ability to absorb contact and get to the rim with his size. Also, he is good playing off the ball spotting up as a shooter. Additionally, he can create his own shot off the dribble and make plays effectively. Next, he could improve his ball security at times. He has the potential to improve his 3-point percentage to take that next step. On the defensive end, he’s really solid with his size and toughness. Also, he can open up at times but he does a really good job of being in the right position. Edwards will look to excel next season as a go-to scorer for Texas Tech’s perimeter.

Andrew Jones Texas
Jones brings a really good steadiness for Texas with the ability to make shots at a high level. Furthermore, he has the ability to make shots off the dribble and is really effective in ball screens. Also, he moves well off the ball and can make shots in a really good rhythm. Next, Jones doe a solid job of being a consistent threat and being in a position to score. The ability to be effective and efficient is a key aspect to Texas’ success. Now, defensively he does a solid job moving laterally but needs to be more active of the basketball. Jones will be part of a very solid backcourt and good Texas team.

David Singleton UCLA
Singleton has good size and plays well with the basketball. Next, he does a very solid job of making the catch and shoots threes. He’s got the ability to drive to the basket and finish with solid control but must improve his strength to finish stronger at the rim. Also, he is pretty good in transition with the ability to spot up for jumpers or get to the basket. The main area of improvement he needs to become better scorer off the dribble and improve his overall strength. Singleton is a solid offensive player but has room to grow for sure. As for the defensive end, he has solid length but needs to be way more active on the ball and be able to get through screens way more effectively. Singleton can carve out a bigger role for UCLA with improving his ways to score the basketball.

Tyger Campbell UCLA
Campbell is one of the toughest point guards in the country and does a great job of facilitating UCLA offensively. He does an effective job in ball screen situations allowing him to get downhill and create for others. His shot needs to improve so he can be a consistent offensive threat and will create more passing opportunities. Next, he’s good at getting into the lane with the ability to make short jumpers and runners. Also, the ability to improve his 3-point shooting will be important for his growth as a scorer. Improving his strength to be able to get to the rim more consistently will be more important. Now defensively, he plays with really good effort and solid a solid job with his activity on the basketball. His overall strength could improve to contain bigger guards more effectively. Campbell is a valuable part of the success of UCLA and will be paired up with a high-level guard in Daishen Nix.

Matthew Mayer Baylor
Mayer has very good size and potential to be a major factor for Baylor next season. He has a scoring mentality with the ability to shoot the ball very effectively from all levels. Next, he does a solid job of cutting off the ball and getting open along with having the ability to attack in isolated situations. Also, he has the ability to really be a knockdown 3-point shooter for Baylor with the size to shoot over defenders and with his quick release. His strength needs improvement so he can get to the basket on a consistent basis. Continued, Mayer’s ability to be a threat on and off the ball makes him a very important player for Baylor’s offensive success. Defensively, he gives good effort and has the size and length to guard well with the ability to guard multiple positions. His strength needs to improve so he can be an even more effective defender. Mayer has the potential to be a very important wing scorer for Baylor next season.

Jared Butler Baylor
Butler is one of the best guards in the country and had an exceptional sophomore season. Now, his scoring ability is very good and his ball control skills are really good. Along with the ability to attack in transition getting to the basket well and pulling up for perimeter jumpers. Furthermore, he has sneaky athleticism with his ability to use his speed to get by players and finish strong around the basket. Additionally, his ability to shoot off the dribble and catch is very good. Butler is the key to the Baylor offense and is very efficient with the ability to get others involved. The ability to score in one on one opportunities could improve and score in highly contested situations. Now defensively, he does a very good job of being active off the basketball and being in help consistently. Also, he does a good job of containing the ball with his activity. Butler will be one of the best point guards in the country looking to lead Baylor to a National Championship.

Foster Loyer Michigan State
Loyer has played in a small role as a backup to Cassius Winston and now has the opportunity to have a larger role. He does a really good job of playing off the ball being very active. Also, he can provide steadiness on the basketball and can facilitate the offense. Further, he can shoot the basketball effectively with space off the catch and dribble. His overall strength needs to improve so he can handle the pressure and physicality of perimeter defenses. Loyer doesn’t have the size or athleticism to have a big margin of error and needs to take fewer chances with the ball at times. As for defensively, he needs to improve his positioning and being in the right spot at all times with the lack of athleticism and size. Also, he is vulnerable to giving up shots over the top of him. Loyer will have an opportunity for a larger role and needs to improve his strength and ability to deal with bigger defenders.

Dane Goodwin Notre Dame
Goodwin is a knockdown shooter for Notre Dame and does a great job of extending the defense. He’s got very solid size with the ability to get to the basket effectively and he can really make an impact as a spot-up shooter. Next, he moves really well off the ball and is a catch and shoot player. He can improve his ability to make plays off the dribble. The potential for Goodwin to be a more well-rounded scorer is there. Now defensively, he needs to improve his ability to contain the basketball and his lateral movement. Goodwin has the potential to be a major factor for Notre Dame next season as a shooter and scorer.

Gabe Brown Michigan State
Brown has really good size and athleticism to continue to grow into a major factor for his Junior season. Next, he has improved his shot with the ability to be a major contributor in transition. Also, his athleticism allows being a great threat going to the rim especially in transition. His overall ability to make plays off the dribble needs to improve along with his overall skill. The ability to be a dynamic wing for Michigan State will be key to fill out their perimeter. Brown’s shot keeps getting better and will continue to improve allowing him to take the next step. On the defensive end, he’s got the length and athleticism to continue to be a very good perimeter defender. Brown has the ability to be a very solid player for Michigan State next season.

Marcus Bingham Jr. Michigan State
Bingham Jr. has really good size and athleticism but needs to improve his overall skill to be a factor for Michigan State. Next, his overall strength needs to get better so he can be effective with the basketball inside. Also, he can move really well to be dynamic in ball screen actions and on the boards as well. Furthermore, he needs to be able to post up more effectively. Bingham Jr. has a lot of room to improve to be an offensive threat. As for defensively, he must improve strength to defend the post. His overall athleticism and length mobility is really good and allows him to be a solid piece defensively. Bingham Jr.’s potential needs to turn into production for his Junior season.

Matt Bradley California
Bradley is a really good shooter and scorer who was great last season for California. Next, he is great off the ball and is always in great positioning to score right away his footwork and feel is really good. His ability to make plays off the dribble with his size and overall control is good. Bradley’s ability to shoot a high percentage in all aspects is really good. Additionally, he rebounds the ball well and makes an impact on the boards. The ability to have the defense focus on him with and without the ball opens up plays for his teammates. As for defensively, he has good toughness and size with the ability to wall up well on drives without fouling. Bradley is going to be one of the best players in the PAC 12 next season.

Ochai Agbaji Kansas
Agbaji had an up and down season as a sophomore and will be a lead guy for Kansas next season. He has really good size and the ability to get the basket effectively still needs to finish with more consistency. Also, his shot is solid in catch and shoot opportunities but he must improve the ability to make shots off the dribble. He runs the floor well in transition and does a good job of contributing on the boards. His size and athleticism allow him to make shots over defenders and putbacks around the basket. For Agbaji to really take the next step he must be a confident efficient scorer from the perimeter. As for defensively,

Issac Likekele Oklahoma State
Likekele is a dynamic guard who has the ability to go downhill with great speed and athleticism. Also, his open floor ability in transition is as good as any guard in the country. His overall tenacity as a player is really good and has the ability to finish through contact at the rim consistently. Furthermore, he is a very solid rebounder for a guard and can go immediately in transition. The area of improvement is as a shooter and he needs to make great strides there. Additionally, he does a solid job of getting others involved. His ability with the basketball is great and makes him very dangerous. Now defensively, he brings good effort and will consistently cause havoc on the ball. Also, he has the ability to turn defense into offense in transition. Likekele will be one of the best players in the Big 12 next season and team up with Cade Cunningham to bring a dynamic perimeter for Oklahoma State.
