College Basketball AP All-American Teams Announced

The Associated Press released their All-American teams for this college basketball season. To no surprise, Duke freshmen R.J. Barrett and Zion Williamson made First Team All-American. The last two freshman teammates to make the First Team were Demarcus Cousins and John Wall in 2009-10. Here’s the full rundown of the All-American teams:

First Team:

  • R.J. Barrett – Duke – Freshman – Mississauga, Ontario – 22.9 PPG, 7.5 RPG, 4.1 APG

  • Jarrett Culver – Texas Tech – Sophomore – Lubbock, TX – 18.5 PPG, 6.3 RPG, 3.7 APG
  • Markus Howard – Marquette – Junior – Chandler, AZ – 24.8 PPG, 3.9 RPG, 4.0 APG
  • Ethan Happ – Wisconsin – Senior – Milan, IL – 17.5 PPG, 10.1 RPG, 4.6 APG
  • Carsen Edwards – Purdue – Junior – Atascocita, TX – 23 PPG, 3.5 RPG, 3 APG

Third Team:
