The University of Arizona has fired head basketball coach Sean Miller after 12 seasons with the team according to Jeff Goodman.
Miller is fired for cause according to the university for a failure to promote an atmosphere of compliance. Arizona had NCAA violations and an FBI investigation over the last few seasons. They self-imposed a postseason ban for the 2020-2021 season.
In his 12 seasons with the team, Miller posted a 302 and 109 record. He made seven NCAA Tournaments, but failed to reach a Final Four with the program.
