Thoughts on the New Leaders and Civilizations

Having Ghenghis Khan and Simon Bolivar in this first batch should not be a major surprise. Genghis Khan especially is a leader that has been in the game consistently since the start. They normally do this to try and get people interested in buying the DLC. Along with this the new Civilizations are potentially the more interesting additions. Assyria, Carthage and Great Britain make their return. These are the ones like Genghis Khan that are being added to get players interested in the DLC. But a few of these Civilizations will be completely new to the franchise for the most part and will offer a lot of different views on how the game is played. With the breaking up of Leaders and Civilations, there will be some very interesting combinations available. These 12 new additions should shake things up significatly. We will be able to start planning for them once they are revealed and their abilities are all known.
