In a recent blog post, Civ 7 developers finally shared all of the details surrounding the game’s four unique win conditions. These deviate slightly from past iterations, in large part due to the addition of Ages and the all-new Legacy Path system. So, without further adieu, here are all of the different ways you can win a game of Civ 7.
In Civ 7, players can achieve a Cultural Victory through the World’s Fair. According to devs:
Reaching the end of the Modern Cultural Legacy Path unlocks the World’s Fair Wonder. Build this in any City of your empire to complete this Victory.
Culture Legacy Points speed up construction of the World’s Fair. This makes sense – your people’s accomplishments over all of history make it easy to assemble an amazing World’s Fair collection that all the world wants to come and see!
The Civ 7 Scientific Victory is achieved through the First Staffed Space Flight win condition, which has carried over from previous iterations of Civilization. According to devs:
Reaching the end of the Modern Science Legacy Path unlocks the Staffed Space Flight Project. Complete this project in any City with a Launch Pad to complete this Victory.
Science Legacy Points speed up construction of the Staffed Space Flight Project. Getting humans into space is a tricky endeavor; an empire with a strong track-record of scientific breakthroughs can surely be mission-ready to launch into space before their competition.

Players can still, presumably, win the game with a Military Victory from conquering all other civs in a game, however, you can also achieve a Military Victory in Civ 7 through Operation Ivy. According to devs:
Reaching the end of the Modern Military Legacy Path unlocks the Manhattan Project Wonder. Building this in any City of your empire grants you one nuclear weapon immediately, allows you to run a project to construct additional nuclear weapons, and unlocks the ability to start work on an even more devastating technology: Operation Ivy, the world’s first hydrogen bomb. Completing Operation Ivy finishes this Victory.
Military Legacy Points speed up construction of both the Manhattan Project and Operation Ivy. Your long tradition of military and industrial achievements pay off now by accelerating your progress in the all-important race for an entirely new class of weaponry.

Finally, the Economy Victory in Civ 7 is achieved through the World Bank. This is a new way of winning in a Civilization game and relies on the use of Great Banker units. According to devs:
Reaching the end of the Modern Economic Legacy Path grants a player a Great Banker in their Capital. This Unit takes just a single turn to fly between Capital cities. Once in a Capital, the Great Banker can be activated to establish a World Bank Office. As soon as you have such an office in every Capital, you complete this Victory.
Economic Legacy Points reduce the amount of Gold and Influence that needs to be spent to establish each World Bank Office. If your empire has a strong reputation as an economic powerhouse, the other world leaders naturally fall in line to let you lead the modern world’s financial community.
These win conditions are all triggered after a litany of things have been completed along the game’s Legacy Path, resulting in a final capstone moment in the Modern Age. Navigating this new style of win conditions should be a welcomed challenge for long-time Civ players, and a much easier-to-understand path for those newer to the franchise.
