1. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
With all of the love I gave the precursor to MW2, it still didn’t top the follow-up. MW2 is my favorite game I’ve ever played. I would still hook up my 360 and play through it if the lobbies weren’t all modded. If they ever make a remake of MW2, I’d pay stupid (foolish) amounts of money for it.
Online play was phenomenal and simply unmatched. Going for a 25-kill streak and obtaining a nuke was everyone’s ultimate goal. The heart rush that you got when you hit a 20-kill streak was unrivaled. The final kills were enough to pay your arms weak and palms sweaty. Then getting it and being rewarded with the sweet, sweet sound of an incoming tactical nuke was the ultimate feeling. You just dominated the opposing team. Not to mention, this was in my gaming prime. My friends and I were in a clan together and were nearly unstoppable. A win streak of 67, coupled with over 2,000 nukes between the six of us (297 by me) made us a Cold War superpower, let alone a video game superpower.
The single player campaign was another great one from Infinity Ward. No Russian is a mission that just shocks you. Never has a mission seemed more real and scary than that one. The entire campaign was one hell of a powerhouse. I loved it all, play it.
Finally, spec ops was an added game mode that allowed you to kill juggernauts, race snowmobiles, and do a variety of other crazy things. It was the most fun co-op experience of my life. One of my best gaming friends and I were able to get Star 69 for three-starring each level.
This game is the best ever. You’ll get little dispute from me.
Hope you enjoyed the list!

Where’s the NCAA games by EASports??? I’m disappointed in you, Daniel! If anyone would pick the best game of all-time, I figure it’d be you! Whether it be NCAA basketball or football, those games kept you playing and are timeless. Quick seasons with awesome recruiting features on dynasty. I still play NCAA Football and Basketball in my spare time.
